These beans are wet-processed and carefully dried to prevent taste contamination from the cherry flesh. After resting, small batches are slowly and evenly roasted in a drum roaster for maximum flavor preservation.

The smooth medium roast flavor stays fresh longer due to our proprietary packaging system, which reduces oxygen content to 0%.
